This is an optimum alternative for warehousing of palletized loads with wide range of items. It allows to take out commodity easily, simplifies control of supplies and it can be easily applied in storages of all types of design.

This shelving system is intended for warehousing of different types of products on pallets of EUR (800×1200 mm) and FIN (1000×1200 mm) standards. Its structural features include wide range of elements, the system is easy in mounting and exploitation and it is also possible to create an individual configuration according to the requirements of Customer. These advantages allow to use conventional racking in all fields of industry, storage facilities, logistic complexes, trade, etc.

BASIC ELEMENTS

1. The frame of racking is a prefabricated metal construction on the basis of supports, made from a special shape with stiffening ribs and perforation holes to enable change of spacing of storage levels every 50 mm. Bolting of frame provides high durability and deformation resistance.

2. Cross-arm is a bearing element of construction. It is made from rectangular closed sections of different size and length depending on load, quantity and size of pallets.

Detachable connection of cross-arm with frame is carried out by special brackets. The holders protect it from unapproved removal. Special light cross-arms can be used in places of storage of small-sized commodities (trading floors, cash&carry shops, archives).

3. Stiffening rib is used to facilitate placing of oversized and shaky goods. It is also applied at longitudinal arrangement of pallets on cross-arms.

4. Stiffening rib for shelf storage is used as a reinforcing element for timber slab shelves.

5. Protection of rack post is used to avoid damage when hitting by lift trucks in aisles and in corners of rows.

6. Protecting beam is an additional element, used to protect frames of rack from a frontal shock.

7. System of bridging pieces is an additional element, used for protection of shelf construction. It provides load impact resistance and helps to avoid troubles, which take place as a result of equipment mishandling.
